Every DiGiFaMaR order is protected end-to-end.
Escrow at checkout
Funds are held in DiGiFaMaR escrow until you hand over your 6-digit code, subject to the applicable terms. The farmer is never paid before you confirm.
One 6-digit code
A single 6-digit code is sent to you by SMS once the farmer accepts and you pay. Give it to the farmer only if you're satisfied — the farmer enters it to release payment.
Dispute protection
If the order is wrong, withhold your code and open a dispute in the chat — disputes are reviewed by our team, and escrow release is paused while the claim is resolved, subject to the applicable terms.
Real-time tracking
Track every order from farm prep through delivery in the order chat, with proactive SMS updates at each step.
